How Can I Help?

I offer a trusting and caring environment where you will feel able to process challenging times and difficulties in your life. I believe my extensive experience as a therapist supports personal progress based upon your specific needs and wishes.

I offer meaningful therapy to help you navigate your own way out of difficulties whether they are past or present, and that supports the future changes you wish to make.

I have many years of experience in individual therapy using person-centred practice, EMDR and integrative methods. I am fully qualified to offer full supervision to fellow therapists and trainees. My work is strongly underpinned by the ethical guidelines set out by The British Association for Counsellor and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Therapy is a big step to take. I offer an initial telephone or online consultation to see if I can help you and if you'd like to work with me.

Supervision for Therapists & Trainees

As a supervisor I provide a kind, supportive and development space to therapists in my supervisory role. I work in an open but structured way, giving you a framework from which you can bring your client material.

I take into account how you work taking into consideration your particular work or placement setting. I aim to cultivate your unique qualities as a therapist and hope to instil confidence in your practice whether that is affirming what is working and supporting personal development as well as exploring the potential expansion of skills and therapeutic choices.

I hold a grounded and confidential space for therapists where we can explore any personal or professional issues that may arise which can impact us as therapists. We can look into any areas for your expanding practice including continuing professional development, counselling placements and future career opportunities.
